Telašæica bay is situated in the central part of the eastern Adriatic coast, in the SE part of the island of Dugi otok. Thanks to its extreme beauty, richness and importance, this bay surrounded by 13 islands and islets, together with 6 islets inside the bay of Telašæica itself, was proclaimed the Nature Park in 1988. Thanks to its exceptionally valuable plant and animal life, geological and geomorphological phenomena, valuable colonies of the sea bottom and interesting archaeological heritage this area became protected in 1980.

Medvednica is a mountain in central Croatia, just north of Zagreb and marking the southern border of the historic region of Zagorje. The highest peak is Sljeme at 1.033 m, and most of the natives usually call the entire mountain after the name of this top peak.

Papuk is the largest mountain in Slavonia, eastern Croatia. It extends between Bilogora to the northwest, Krndija to the east, and Ravna gora and Psunj to the southwest.
The peak (also named Papuk) is at 953 meters of altitude.
The area of Papuk is designated a nature park (park prirode), a kind of protected area in Croatia.
