Holiday Inn Basildon unveils new lobby after £350,000 revamp

A HOTEL has undergone a £350,000 revamp, unveiling a new lobby area featuring a cafe and additional seating.

The Holiday Inn, at Basildon’s Festival Leisure Park, hopes the new lobby will provide guests with a ‘multi-faceted public space to eat, meet, relax, socialize and work’.

Adam Judge, General Manager of Holiday Inn Basildon, said: “I am delighted to welcome guests to our new and improved Open Lobby area.

“There are so many options and places to plug in or out that I know our business and travel travelers will love what we have.

“The new open hall will also appeal to Basildon locals and Essex networking groups as a desirable meeting space.

Key features of the new “open lobby” include free high-speed Wi-Fi, “To Go”

Café where food and drink is available 24 hours a day and a multipurpose dining area with a range of seating.

Hotel bosses say the multifunctional zones will encourage guests to make better use of all spaces and facilities in a way that suits their lifestyle and preferences, allowing them to combine work and leisure seamlessly. , which they have seen has become a bigger demand lately.
