IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with prominent real estate developer Dinesh Kumar Choudhary for a new hotel, Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jaipur, Karoli Bagh, located at Gopalpura Bypass in the capital of Rajasthan. The 141-key Brownfield Hotel is slated to open in the first quarter of 2023. The city will now have three IHG hotels between Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, catering to a variety of guest profiles.
The newly signed hotel will have modern, well-appointed rooms as well as all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel will also offer the brand’s signature “Great Room”, a “Small Bar”, a specialty restaurant and a lounge where guests can relax. A fitness center and meeting rooms for business and social gatherings will also be available.
