IHG has signed a management agreement with Oriental Structural Engineers to develop a new Holiday Inn hotel in Gurgaon, India.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, the new Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH-8 will be located on the NH8 highway that connects Delhi Airport to Gurgaon, 15 km from the international airport and 5 km from downtown Delhi. Gurgaon.
The 139-key Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH-8 will feature an all-day dining restaurant and bar, lobby lounge, swimming pool, gymnasium and approximately 400 sqm of meeting and event space.
