IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Samplast Resorts to open Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar GT Road in Punjab. The 110 key hotel is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2024.
The property is strategically located on the Grand Trunk Road, also known as NH1, which connects Delhi to Amritsar. The hotel will be a short drive from the city’s central business and shopping district. Additionally, there will be an adjacent shopping center that will offer several dining options.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar GT Road will offer well-appointed rooms and state-of-the-art facilities. The hotel will house the ‘Great Room’, a bar and a lounge.
Other facilities will include a fitness center, meeting rooms, 1,393 m² of banquet space, as well as branded amenities.
