Lowe’s launches its holiday sales event, “Season of Savings”

Lowe’s will kick off its holiday sales event earlier than ever on October 22 with what it calls a “savings season.”

Lowe’s said this year it was focusing on “the home.”

“During the holidays, choosing the perfect gift for every loved one can be a centuries-old tradition fraught with frustration, dashed expectations, frantic shopping and more than a little dent in the wallet. ‘delivered nothing close to ‘the usual’, Lowe’s is giving new meaning to the holiday shopping season by enticing customers to give gifts to the place that meant so much this year: home,” said the company in a press release.

“Our homes have never been more important to our lives than they have been in 2020,” said Marisa Thalberg, executive vice president, chief brand and marketing officer, Lowe’s.

“Over the past few months we have seen our homes rise, albeit imperfectly, to accommodate all that we needed from them. With the holidays approaching, the idea of ​​offering the house seems particularly appropriate. It’s a gift back in a way, but more importantly, when you gift your home as a family, it’s a gift you can both give and enjoy together.

On October 22, Lowe’s will launch daily one-day online-only “e-deals” on tools, generators, pressure washers, patio sets, electronics, small appliances, floor care, lighting, decoration and much more. Lowes.com/CyberSteals until December 2.

From November 19 through December 2, shoppers can save up to $700 on major appliances totaling $1,999 or more.

From October 28 through December 30, if you purchase a select DeWalt 20V Max XR Power Detector Tool, get a select bare tool free; and, buy a select Craftsman V20 Max drum kit or combo kit, get a select bare tool free.

From October 29 through November 25, Lowe’s will be celebrating “PROvember” with offers for professionals including – up to $50 off Spyder Hole Saw Kits, up to $50 off select Metabo HPT Pneumatic Nailers and deals on Lufkin tape measures and select power tools; and new Pro-grade products, including the Metabo HPT 6-Gallon Pancake Compressor, DeWalt Portable Heaters, Little Giant King Kombo 2.0 Ladder, and Kobalt 4-pack Tie Downs.

Business Account Holders can also enter to win a 2021 Chevy Silverado containing over $3,000 worth of DeWalt tools.

Additionally, customers can get a new Lowe’s Blue Bucket when they bring in a used competitor bucket from Nov. 9-13.

Lowe’s will offer free local fresh Christmas tree delivery from October 30. Other holiday decorations such as freshly cut wreaths and tree containers are also available for free local delivery if the purchase is over $45.

Lowe’s invites customers to share “home letters” that “detail why they love their home, what their home has been through this year, and how they hope to make it even better next year.”

Lowe’s said it will highlight select families who share their stories in-store or on social media using #LetterstoHome.

Lowe’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
