Just steps from Kings Park and the Botanic Gardens, Holiday Inn West Perth will be IHG’s first property in Perth outside of the city center and will complement its CBD hotels including InterContinental Perth City Center, Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn Perth City Center.
Part of the hotel’s charm is the former 1902 Walsh family residence that sits at the front of the property and a destination restaurant should be the hallmark of the Holiday Inn West Perth, as is the two characterful meeting rooms that currently occupy the space.
When the hotel opens under the Holiday Inn banner in November, all of its 101 rooms will receive a gentle renovation to bring them up to Holiday Inn standards, and the lobby will also be transformed.

The hotel operator selection process was led by Aaron Desange of CBRE Hotels.
