The holidays are definitely the time to decorate the hallways with holly branches, sing Christmas carols and be merry. A lot of people love everything about Christmas, be it lights, trees, decorations, food, all of that. A lot of people love to take advantage of the season – and Disney is no different.
From November 8, the holidays will take over at Disneyland Resort and the theme parks will be decorated new.
Great decorations can be found not only at Disneyland Park and California Adventure, but also at Disney’s Grand Californian and throughout Downtown Disney. The Disney Parks Blog shared the exciting news on some of the wonderful decorations that can be found in Disneyland Resort:
At Disneyland Park, nostalgic holiday magic shines brightly with the glittering Sleeping Beauty winter castle and a 60-foot Christmas tree on Main Street, USA.
At Disney California Adventure Park, create new memories during the Festival of Holidays and experience the sights, sounds and tastes of a varied season of celebrations during this festive time of year, including Christmas / Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and Three Kings Day.
At Cars Land, four-wheeled residents will go all out with their vacation decor. From the snowy billboard at the entrance to the hubcap-studded tree of the courthouse, you’ll see automotive ornamentation at its best along Route 66. And for a little more festive magic, two popular attractions will turn into Luigi’s Joy at Mater’s Whirl and Jingle Jamboree.
Also around the resort, the traditional holiday decor and Christmas carols bring the holiday spirit to the Downtown Disney District and the Disneyland Resort hotels. In the lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, you’ll want to check out all the fun new details of the giant gingerbread house this year.
As if all the decorations weren’t exciting enough, there will be even more festive entertainment at Disneyland and California Adventure – A Christmas Fantasy Parade, Believe… in Holiday Magic Fireworks, and Festival of the Holidays will all be making a return to their park. theme.
The Disneyland Resort vacation will begin on November 8 and will last longer than normal this year. The festivities will end on January 9, about a week later than the holiday seasons of the past.
